Kindly be advised that our handmade products may display minor deviation in size and shape, as each piece is meticulously crafted with a focus on individuality. We would like to bring to your attention that the occasional presence of bubbles in our glassware is an inherent characteristic of the production process, and should not be considered a defect. If it breaks we will do a 70% Refund to your bank account, but when you do the unboxing please take a video and send it to us. We appreciate your understanding.
